Citymapper Montreal

The popular transportation app Citymapper has finally developed the city of Montreal into its application. The app already features popular international tourist cities like New York, Paris, Berlin, Rome, and Milan.

With Citymapper, you are able to map your travel destinations out by car, bus, metro, train, Bixi or your own bike. It also has an offline metro map as well as the shows updated weather, how many calories your burn on your trip, and even bus or metro delays so that you are never late again.

If you find that you haven’t been travelling around the world much lately, there are still options for you, especially for finding your way around Montreal.

Montrealers have been fairly fortunate when it comes to city mapping apps. Transit App was launched in winter of 2012 by a team from Montreal really understood just how frustrating it could be finding your way through the city in a timely manner, especially in the winter with so many weather delays. So far, they have integrated pretty much every mode of transportation Montreal has to offer including Bixi, car2go, Auto-mobile, STM, RTL, and CIT.

For those of you who have already received your Apple Watch today in the mail, you will want to get one of these apps right away! Citymapper App and Transit App have both been optimized for Apple Watch compatibility. For the rest of the world, if you’re still using Google Maps or the STM app, you will want to make the switch to one of these today, it will make your life much easier.
