Tracking your technology

Technology is a fairly broad term, and has an almost endless amount of definitions throughout history. It has never stopped evolving and because of today’s constantly changing interfaces, we have become accustomed to adapting the latest technology into our lives almost overnight.

With December being such an introspective month, Thomas Ricker, technology writer for The Verge, had the idea to examine how his use of technology has changed from the start of 2015. The list is longer than you would think too- going through his failed fitness tracker attempts, to his technological successes that he has used for years, such as his Apple 30-inch Display.

Today might be a good day to sit down and think about your tech portfolio. Has anything dramatically improved the way you communicate or work? Or have they hindered or frustrated you instead?

Whatever the end result, just don’t forget that it’s okay to unplug every now and again, in fact it’s great to unplug.
