I Feel Like Garfield From Garfield & Friends
Last night I went out with my good ole friend I like to refer to as #sdlovesindians (you may remember her from my NYC in MTL for NYE? post). I knew it was time to send myself home around 3am when I was handed a shot, pretended to take it and then hid it so no one would find out. As a lover of the liquors, this is not something I would normally do, EVER. I knew on my taxi ride home that a feast was in order.
I recalled that my roommate had made lasagna that day and had offered me some so that is what was on the menu. I did my normal intoxicated move and brought it up to enjoy in bed (gross I realize, but it’s just what happens). When I woke up this morning, I did not remember my late night cooking when I saw a plate on the shelf next to my bed when I woke up.
I thought to myself “what did I eat, did I cook pasta?”. Often after rough nights I read my twitter to see how the evenings events transpired. So I picked up my phone to look at my posts and saw this tweet that I had written but passed out before I hit send it said “I’m eating lasagna in bed. I feel like Garfield from Garfield & Friends”.
It inspired me to have some fun in Photoshop and put my face over Garfield’s in a comic about lasagna.
