What’s a film festival without the parties? Or fashion?
Sept.9th/2010 marked one of the opening nights of TIFF with an Absolut party thrown in a parkade in Toronto’s downtown Bay & Adelaide area. The theme was Street Art – think huge projections onto other sky rise buildings, and installations throughout. Open bars stocked with Absolut vodka offered signature Absolut fruity drinks, and a number of musical acts hit the stage, including DJ’s New Money, Skratch Bastid, and Scratch Skratch Scratch.
Alright – now on to the fashion.
Before my heel on my thigh high beautiful Italian leather boots decided to break, I got a little trigger happy with the camera. The trend of the evening was definitely focused on shoes. And the boys were stylin’. Some highlights? Here they are:
