Stussy x Daylife – XXX Snowboard Deck

Winter is around the corner, you can smell it in the air. Now, you’ve got two choices: go out and enjoy the snow, or cry. Here at WRG? the line is drawn. Some us cry, especially the less sporty types who happen to be at the home base in Montreal. No doubt because winter lasts 8 months or so there. But for those of us located closer to the Alps, say, and the Canada-based sportier side of the family, for us winter = snowboarding season.

So in honour of the upcoming winter months, the Stussy Japan X Daylife collaboration has us smiling. The collabo is in lieu of the Stussy XXX 30th anniversary celebration and has Stussy and Daylife (offshoot its parent snowboard company, Scooter,) creating a snowboard deck perfected for ground tricks, spins, half pipe and slalom.

The deck comes in two sizes (240mm (W)/1550mm (H) and 240mm (W)/1520mm (H)) complete with a custom designed case and Stussy XXX graphics.

Word is the boards will be available from Stussy Japan as of Monday, September 27th. If that hasn’t got you a little hyped for winter, this video of THE REMIX PROJECT by way of the Bataleon crew, (an oldie but a goodie,) surely will.
