The Explorer Series – a visual column created by Palladium Boots – challenges urban adventurers to delve into the spirit and unique aspects of the city that they call home, and to share with the rest of the world their own personal story.

Montreal has so many stories worthy of exploration that it was nearly paralyzing to decide where to begin. The facts speak for themselves: the city is one of the oldest and largest in North America, and it shares the status of being an island city with Manhattan and only a few other towns. But all that can be found in a textbook.

The truth is the unique individuals behind What’s Really Good, with their varied artistic backgrounds, are our story. Founded in Montreal, WRG views the city not only as a source of inspiration but also as our canvas.

This video will showcase the unique aspects of Montreal from a local’s perspective, drawing on the love we, the WRG staff, share for our city. We are urban explorers everyday we get up and out of the house, whether it’s seeking out the fresh flowers at the Atwater Market, watching the synchronicity of the buzzing crowds piling into the blue metro trains, roaming the vast passages of our unique underground city, or admiring the lights that illuminate the cross sitting atop Mount Royal.
