Tiger Glass

An Aloe Vera & Edemame Packed Cocktail.

Ingredients

2 oz Bombay Sapphire gin
1 1/2 oz edamame/aloe vera purée (see below)
3/4 oz lime juice
1 spring of Thai basil
4 edamame pods
smoked paprika

Preparing the Purée

Steam 15 pods of edamame for 5 minutes
Remove the beans from the pods and season with kosher salt and lemon juice
Add 500ml of granulated sugar
Add 250ml of water
Add 250ml of aloe vera beverage
Blend all ingredients together
Strain

Mixing the cocktail

Add ice, Thai basil and all your liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake until well blended and chilled.
Strain into a Tom Collins glass filled with ice.
Add the edamame pods.
Finish with smoked paprika.
Enjoy with friends.
