This weekend was filled with fall activities. I feel that fall is the best season to engage in activities because you can finally partake in indoor activities without feeling guilty and who doesn’t love a fall wardrobe?!? I spent my weekend volunteering at Share the Warmth. They had a food drive, which meant that we went door to door, in Point-Sainte Charles, collecting non-perishable items to build up their Food Bank. I then headed over to the Atwater Market for lunch with friends and we all piled into our cars and went apple picking at Petch Orchards in Hemmingford. I ended up spending all day on Sunday enjoying quality family time (as you can clearly tell by everyone having their laptops out) and then I hit up the new Michael’s Arts & Crafts store in Lasalle. I bought myself an obnoxiously good smelling candle, took a bath and went to bed. All in all it was a great relaxing weekend!
ps. Big thanks to my friend Carl for taking some awesome pictures!
