Yokio Clothing

Ah, the printed t-shirt. Big business back in the day. Post screen-printing and printed-tee revolution, most of the sub-par brands have bitten the dust and the catchy one liners once so popular have thankfully slipped out of most shops (though apparently they still have a home in the hearts of tourists hitting the Miami strip…)

And then you have the brands that have quietly survived the peak and fall of the movement, building themselves up slowly.

Yokio may not yet be a household name, but what started three years ago as a simple operation involving some fabric paint, a mini roller and a few t-shirts has since grown into their first full fledged collection of t-shirts.

Based out of Bristol, the brand claims their inspiration from pop culture, current affairs and whatever else might catch their eye. They keep things simple, much like the inspiration behind their name, which was chosen based solely on the fact that everyone liked the way the letters sounded when put together.
