Recently opened at the IFC Center in New York, EAMES: The Architect and The Painter is a must see for anyone who’s ever been curious about industrial design or architecture.

The documentary tells the story of how Charles and Ray Eames emerged as one of America’s most widely regarded couples thanks namely to their contribution to the design industry. While the two are well known for their objects, photos and films, its not often that their true influence on American life itself, is explored.
