Taco Tuesdays: How to Pho
After having received an extremely positive response from my food and cooking posts, I’ve decided to start a little weekly column called Taco Tuesdays. No, unfortunately I will not be making tacos every Tuesday (although that would be pretty awesome). Instead we WILL be writing about food and its accompaniments every Tuesday.
Yes, FOOD. Ugh, I know… I love food too.
This is going to be a team effort amongst our WRG? foodies, and will include pictures, videos, recipes and any other way we can convey delicious treats. Mind you, I use the term “foodie” loosely, because I would also call myself a “wine aficionado” … but we all know the truth is I just pick bottles based on price, pretty labels and percentage of alcohol (but then again …. who doesn’t?). We will taste food, cook food, love food and more importantly share our experiences with you.
Now go sign up for a gym membership … its going to be a long, cold but tasty winter.
So here’s to the first one, I hope you enjoy. It’s a little insight into how that delicious Pho came to life last week. I would love to lie and tell you that I usually dress better when I’m lounging in my apartment, but I don’t. So please take my outfit with a … grain of salt.
