Here’s one more super easy recipe for a quick appetizer that is perfect for a cocktail party or even as a precursor to your thanksgiving meal. The flavour profile is one of our favs, you just cannot go wrong with this crowd pleaser.

Apple and Gorgonzola Crostini
Makes 10 pieces
Ingredients:
1 loaf of walnut bread (or baguette), sliced
3 tbsp Gorgonzola cheese
1 tbsp butter
1-2 MacIntosh apples
1 tbsp honey
Salt, pepper to taste
Method:
- Toast bread
- Cream Gorgonzola and butter until fluffy and smooth, season with salt and pepper
- Slice apples in thin rounds
- Assemble the crostini: toast, spread, top with apples
- Drizzle with honey
