Androids

The most impressive devices to come out of CES has to be the new Androids. Almost all Androids will work on the new 4G/LTE networks in order to get the most out of these dual core processing, video chatting monsters!

HTC Thunderbolt
HTC was on a roll in 2010 and looks like they will continue to bring cutting edge, high quality devices to us in 2011. The HTC Thunderbolt is very similar to the Sprint EVO 4G, but this baby is ready to rock on the new Verizon 4G/LTE network with some nice upgrades to boot! I would say if you plan on doing a lot of video chatting on your mobile device, this would be the one to grab. The Thunderbolt is one of the first Androids to have a 1.3mp forward facing camera which will give you higher quality face to face, or face to… whatever video chats.

MOTOROLA ATRIX 4G
Expected to be released March 1st on Bell Canada, then rolling out to AT&T, the Atrix is the first device to have the NVIDIA Tegra dual core processor. This is pretty amazing stuff! This is going to open the door for developers to create very powerful applications that were once only able to run on real computers. Now you will have the power to edit HD video content on the fly (has an 8mp camera!), display 3D graphics, and run some great Flash applications.
