After releasing three albums in six months and spending the summer on a tour bus you’d think Robyn would be ready for a break, but this fearless force just isn’t ready to slow down.

She’s unapologetic in her approach to music or her love of the pop genre, and with more control over what she’s creating than ever before, she couldn’t be happier.

So what better way to catch up with Robyn than while immersed in what she loves to do best: tour.

The songstress stopped by Montreal while on her summer circuit and we had a chance to sit down with her a few hours before the show to talk inspiration, why she loves playing live and about starting her own record label.

Robyn spent the summer on tour with Kelis, breaking off now and again to do a few solo shows. Her summer travels actually wound down just a few days ago with her last show in her native Stockholm, Sweden.
