After the scare of Polaroid going belly up this past May, we are seeing the first signs of growth and revival. Early this month the iconic brand named über celebrity Lady Gaga as Creative Director and now has released some images of their newest creation: the Polaroid PIC 1000. Not only is the design similar to the original instant film cameras but the PIC 1000 will also use Polaroid’s Color 600 Instant Film–which is no longer at risk of extinction and being reproduced by The Impossible Project. Keep an eye out, this new camera releases sometime early this year and will retail at under a hundred bucks.
