It feels like this is a given, but this Music Monday is dedicated to Kanye’s fifth solo album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, which leaked this past weekend online.

The 13-track album is a musical symphony from start to finish. Kanye is so often hated for his arrogance, his strong opinions, and his dealing with the press and paparazzi. One topic that seems beyond questioning is his music.

The album is so well executed it’s not a leap to call it a classic even before it’s release date. The music comes across as a soundtrack to the story that Kanye is telling. The arrangement takes you through the story start to finish and thanks to the short film released last month, we have equally powerful visuals to tie the story together.

MBDTF has a plethora of guest features on the record, but the features are impeccably sequenced. Each guest get theirs after Yeezy has killed the track, necrophilia (editor’s note: that was a little Drake rap flow type punch line right there).
