Louis La Roche is a name that has been getting a lot of buzz in the last year as one of the main players in the come back of the French House (Nu-Disco or Filter House) scene. But don’t be fooled by his very French sounding producer/ dj name, Louis La Roche was actually born Brett Ewels and comes to us from London, UK.
This 20 year old was hardly even a glimmer in his father’s eye during the disco days of the late 70′s and early 80′s but this guy has the sound so right.
His latest that has been getting love everywhere is the edit he did of Duck Sauce‘s ‘Goody Two Shoes’. The song samples THP’s circa 1979 disco classic ‘Good to Me’ . We normally wouldn’t post a radio rip of a song but we couldn’t resist with this one because it’s just awesome.

Picking a few more songs and remixes of Monsieur Louis La Roche to share with you was very hard to do seeing how there are so many good ones. So we went with a couple of his originals as well as his remixes of Burns & Fred Falke, The Chemical Brothers, VV Brown and Robortom ft Au Revoir Simone.
