With fall pretty much here and temperatures dropping slowly but surely, your fashion choices can, yet again, make or break your sartorial status this season. Coast to coast, the Great Canadian Winter obliges: outerwear is the key, with jackets being an obvious necessity.
Summer breezes turn into wind chill, icy rain starts to relentlessly fall and you can just smell winter in the increasingly nippy air – all things that could happen at any given moment at this point – so what type of jacket is one to get?

With a little luck, you’ll happen upon warmer conditions sometimes too. When temperatures outside are cool but still too warm for a bulky coat, military and telemark jackets, light trench and topcoats are ideal.
