This is the perfect kind of Friday inspiration for a mid February afternoon. Check out snowboarder William Hughes as he descends a mountain side in a special LED snow suit.

Shot by Jacob Sutton (best known for his fashion photographs and films), the video presents a hauntingly beautiful encounter between a boy, his board and a mountain. The White LED’s incorporated into Hughes’ suit create a seriously ethereal feel as he descends a mountainside in the French Alps.

Rumour has it that Sutton spent three days shooting the video, trailing Hughes on a skidoo while temperatures hovered around -25C. Shot with the Red Epic.
