With all the drama, debate and excitement over Montreal’s Arcade Fire winning the 2011 Grammy for album of the year, it’s been really interesting seeing people’s reactions over it.  As a fan of the band through the years and albums, I witnessed super excitement for the win in my current hometown of Montreal and my former hometown of New York.  Reaction by pop music fans in other parts of the world haven’t been quite the same.

One of the first things to pop-up in response to their win was whoisarcadefire.tumblr.com that is full of Twitter and Facebook posts and status updates asking who they are and cursing them for their win.  Today, I came across this vid by FUNEMPLOYED that made a mockery of people’s reactions to the win and not knowing or liking the band. This made me chuckle.
