A few months ago, WRG? was in Austria on a mission to see what the city had to offer in the ways of creative talent and culture. What we found one august afternoon, was Belgium born street artist Roa throwing up a new piece in the heart of Vienna, by way of the city’s best street art gallery, INOPERAbLE.
