The Landic jacket is a small part of the Oakley PRS (Pro Rider Series) the collection created by Oakley’s pro winter athletes including Simon Dumont, Seth Morrison, Tanner Hall, Eero Ettala, and Eiki Helgason (who designed the Landic Jacket). The PRS team also includes Shaun White, Danny Kass and Terje Hakkonsen on the optical side of things.

The Landic features 20K waterproofing, and 20K breathability, numbers that any ski bum knows means warm and dry, the two top priorities. The landic is 3M Thinsulate insulated for solid warmth without the bulk and weight of down feathers.

Designed with the help of Snowboarder Mag’s ‘rookie of the year’ the Icelandic jibbing champ Eiki Helgason pushed the design to the limit and the finished result is a pretty bad-ass coat for the city or the mountain.
